Academic Journey:
She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Office Management with the academic distinction of Cum Laude in 2009 from the University of Antique.

Professional Growth:
From 2010 to 2023, she built her professional foundation in the banking industry at First Imperial Business Bank, Inc., where she developed a comprehensive and well-rounded background in branch operations. This career progression highlights her strong functional expertise in banking procedures, client relations, and team supervision.

Her career advanced significantly when she joined BDO Network Bank in 2023 as a Service Officer. In her current role at BDONB–Sibalom, she continues to demonstrate efficiency and effectiveness in managing various branch operations.

One of the most meaningful lessons she carries with her was learned during her college years in the subject Personality Development—the Seven Beliefs of Successful People:
1. Everything happens for a reason.
2. There is no such thing as failure.
3. Whatever happens, take responsibility.
4. It is not necessary to understand everything to use anything.
5. Aside from oneself, people are the greatest resources.
6. Work is play.
7. There is no lasting success without commitment.

These principles have become a guiding force in her life, especially during moments of self-doubt and discouragement. They have inspired her to persevere through challenges and continue striving for both personal and professional growth.

Planting trees is planting hope.✨
Our BSOA March birthday celebrants marked their special day by giving back to nature—offering the earth a gift that will continue to grow long after the celebration ends.

More than a birthday activity, this tree planting/growing serves as a symbol of growth, gratitude, and responsibility. As our celebrants begin another chapter in their lives, these trees will also begin theirs—rooting deeply, growing steadily, and one day providing shade, oxygen, and life to the community. It reminds us that the most meaningful celebrations are those that inspire us to give back, especially to the environment that sustains us.

This initiative will continue throughout the academic year, with BSOA students from 1st to 4th year planting and nurturing trees on their birthdays—not just for remembrance, but as a genuine way of giving back to nature.
