This solemn rite marks a defining moment in the journey of our nursing students as they formally embrace their calling as 𝑙𝑖𝑔ℎ𝑡-𝑏𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑐𝑎𝑟𝑒𝑔𝑖𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑠 and 𝑇ℎ𝑒 𝑝𝑎𝑡ℎ 𝑜𝑓 𝑙𝑖𝑔ℎ𝑡 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑙𝑖𝑓𝑒.Through the donning of the cap and badge, and the lighting of the nursing lamp, they pledge to uphold the values of compassion, integrity, and service that lie at the heart of the profession.
May the light they carry serve as a symbol of hope, healing, and dedication to those they are called to serve.
