For Incoming 2nd Year, 3rd Year, and 4th Year Students

Please be informed that students who are OFFICIALLY ENROLLED through the CISS may claim their Registration Forms on June 29, 2026.

Students are advised to ensure that their enrollment through the CISS has been successfully completed before claiming their Registration Forms.

Please also be informed that students who have not yet started their pre-enrollment process are advised to complete it as soon as possible, as the portal will only be available until tomorrow, June 5, 2026.
