One of the highlights of the program was the 𝙏𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙨 from the newly Registered Nurses. Each passer shared a different story of challenges, sacrifices, and people who helped them reach the finish line.
𝘼𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙖 𝙇𝙤𝙧𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙎. 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙨, 𝙍𝙉, emphasized the importance of trusting oneself and trusting God. She also reminded students not to make the mindset of waiting until the board exam is near before seriously reviewing. For her, preparation should start early and should be taken seriously. She also shared that her father, who tirelessly works for their family, became one of her biggest inspirations.
𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙯𝙞𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙚 𝙂. 𝙈𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙤, 𝙍𝙉, who was a retaker, shared the reminder, “𝘋𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘧𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘴 𝘳𝘶𝘪𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘮𝘴.” She held on to the hope and support given by her parents, friends, and Clinical Instructors, which helped her find the courage to take the exam again.
𝙏𝙖𝙣𝙮𝙖 𝙀𝙧𝙞𝙠𝙖 𝘼. 𝙋𝙤𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙨𝙙𝙤𝙧𝙤, 𝙍𝙉, former SMS-SSC Governor for A.Y. 2025–2026 and a mother, shared her own unique journey. She reminded everyone that, with God, nothing is impossible, holding on to the message of Isaiah 60:22.
Before becoming a nurse, Tanya was an Accountancy student but had to stop during her third year after becoming a mother at an early age. She shared her simple but meaningful achievement: she may not have become an accountant, but she is now a Registered Nurse. As the youngest among her siblings, she also experienced pressure because she was the last one who had not yet graduated. Her story showed that life may take a different path, but dreams can still be reached.
𝘿𝙝𝙚𝙣𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙅𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙑. 𝘿𝙚𝙡𝙖 𝘾𝙧𝙪𝙯, 𝙍𝙉, the 𝙏𝙤𝙥 𝟴 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙋𝙉𝙇𝙀 𝙋𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙧, encouraged the students to “𝘼𝙞𝙢 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙃𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙚𝙧.” He encouraged future board takers to aim for the highest goal, saying that if Top 1 is not reached, there are still other places to aim for. His own journey eventually led him to the Top 8.
He also shared his way of assessing himself by looking at his strengths and weaknesses. Rather than focusing only on his strengths, he gave more attention to his weaknesses so he could continue improving.
Their stories reminded the students that success does not always come from an easy journey. Behind every name on the list of passers are sacrifices, prayers, failures, support, and people who believed in them.

The celebration continued with the President’s Message of Congratulations and Appreciation from 𝙍𝙚𝙫. 𝙀𝙙𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙤 𝘽. 𝘾𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙅𝙧., 𝙋𝙝𝘿, College President.
In his message, he expressed confidence in the School of Medical Sciences and its students. He shared that if ACI can produce a national Topnotcher, then the school can also work toward achieving a 100% passing rate in the future
The program ended with the singing of the 𝘼𝘾 𝙃𝙮𝙢𝙣, led by 𝙍𝙖𝙞𝙯𝙯𝙖 𝘼𝙗𝙞𝙜𝙖𝙚𝙡 𝙅𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙚𝙧, a 4th Year student.
The 2026 Testimonial Program was more than a celebration of passing the board examination. It was a celebration of the journeys, sacrifices, and dreams that brought the new nurses to where they are today. It also became a reminder for the 4th Year students that their own moment will come with preparation, faith, and determination....
