1. Present your ๐š๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ฌ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฉ for the submission of medical requirements at the SorSU Health Services Unit (Clinic) of the campus where you intend to enroll.

For ๐ช๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ข๐ž๐ ๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ง๐ฌ๐Ÿ๐ž๐ซ๐ž๐ž๐ฌ, proceed first to the ๐ƒ๐ž๐š๐งโ€™๐ฌ ๐Ž๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ž of your respective program/course and present your admission slip together with a copy of your Transcript of Records or Certificate of Grades for evaluation purposes. Please wait for the Deanโ€™s advice regarding the availability of slots and further instructions before proceeding with the submission of requirements.

2. Qualified freshmen and transferees (with available slots) shall submit their enrollment requirements in a white long-size folder with their name (FAMILY NAME, FIRST NAME, MIDDLE INITIAL), course, and contact number on the flipside of the folder at the Registrarโ€™s Office of the SorSU Campus where they intend to enroll (Sorsogon City Campus, Bulan Campus, Castilla Campus or Magallanes Campus).

3. Fill out the logbook/log sheets provided for each course. Ensure that the date of submission, name and contact details are clearly indicated.

4. Wait for the confirmation of enrolment through the contact details you provided (expected by the end of July 2026). A Google Form link will also be given for the accomplishment of the Student Individual Inventory (SIP) Form of the Guidance and Counseling Services Unit.

5. Access to student accounts (U-portal) can be secured from the ICT/MIS Office.
