The 𝗦𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗴𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 (𝗦𝗠𝗠𝗚𝗛𝗛𝗦𝗖), in coordination with the 𝘚𝘰𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘨𝘰𝘯 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘜𝘯𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘺 and 𝘋𝘙𝘙𝘔𝘖, invites volunteer students and members of the community to participate in the upcoming Mass Blood Donation Drive.

📅 Date: October 27, 2026 (Tuesday)
⏰ Time: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
📍 Venue: SMMG Conference Hall, Pangpang, Sorsogon City

❗️Basic Qualifications for Blood Donors❗️

• Male or female, 18 years old and above
• At least 50 kg in weight
• No alcohol intake within the last 24 hours
• Acceptable blood pressure
• No tattoo or skin piercing within the last 12 months
• At least 3 months since the last blood donation
• Must pass the physical examination conducted by the examining physician
• Must have enough rest and sleep
• Eat a light meal before donation
• If possible, avoid medication one day before donation

Health and Safety Protocols

• Proper wearing of a face mask
• Practice proper hand hygiene
