A day full of learning, capped off by stepping back in time. 🧭✨

After soaking in valuable industry insights from our seminar, we took our learning beyond the classroom to explore our very own Philippine culture and tourism geography. The historic Battle of Surigao Strait.

Seeing the museum and memorial gave us a whole new appreciation for the history right in our own backyard. It's one thing to read about world history in textbooks, but it’s another to stand right where it happened!

A major highlight of today's seminar was the awarding of certificates. The STI College Surigao Hospitality Management Department proudly presented a Certificate of Appreciation to our distinguished guest speaker, Mr. Richard Nick A. Amores, for generously sharing his invaluable expertise, time, and inspiration with our students.

Certificates of Participation were also handed out to our dedicated Hospitality and Tourism Management students, marking another milestone in their academic and professional growth.
