📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
SUBJECT: Issuance of College Clearance for the 1st Semester, S.Y. 2025–2026
To all College of Agriculture students, please be informed that the issuance of College Clearance will officially begin on October 27, 2025 (Monday) and will continue until November 7, 2025 (Friday) in preparation for the Final Examination this 1st Semester, S.Y. 2025–2026.
All students are reminded to secure their free, one-time availing College Clearance at the SBO Office within the given period.
👉 The College Clearance shall serve as the official permit to take the Final Examination for all enrolled students under the College of Agriculture.
This operation is conducted by the College of Agriculture – Student Body Organization (CA–SBO) in accordance with its Constitution and By-Laws (Article XII, Sections 1–2), which emphasize the importance of:
• Ensuring that all students are cleared of financial, academic, and organizational responsibilities before the final examination.
• Promoting discipline, accountability, and integrity among students.
• Supporting the College’s mission of academic excellence and responsible student conduct.
The College of Agriculture – Student Body Organization encourages all students to actively comply with this clearance process as part of maintaining good standing, organizational accountability, and moral responsibility within the College.
Furthermore, faculty members of the College of Agriculture are encouraged to support this operation as part of promoting student discipline and proper student conduct, and to help ensure that all students have duly accomplished their clearance prior to the final examination period.
