EVSU ADVANCES SAFE AND RESPECTFUL LEARNING ENVIRONMENT LECTURE FOR INTERNS

Creating safer schools starts with awareness and action.
EVSU gathered school stakeholders for the β€œCreating Safe, Respectful Schools” seminar on September 7 at the EVSU Miguel Romualdez Memorial Auditorium, focusing on child protection, anti-bullying, anti-sexual harassment, and safe learning and working environments.

Through expert-led discussions and open forums, participants were urged to strengthen their commitment to protecting learners and fostering schools grounded in safety, dignity, and respect.

The initiative supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 5 (Gender Equality), and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions) by promoting inclusive, safe, and respectful learning spaces free from violence, bullying, and harassment.
