Foundation University College of Education offers Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED) and Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSED) degrees which are fully accredited by the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities-Commission on Accreditation (PACU-COA). The BEED program offered is primarily focused in general education while the BSED program offers major fields of studies that include

English, Filipino, Social Studies, General Science, Home Economics, and Physical Education, Health, and Music. FUCE also offers a crash course of 36 units for undergraduate degree holders who wish to qualify themselves to taking the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET). FUCE thrives in the principle of developing among its graduates the culture of pedagogical excellence anchored in lifelong learning through research and innovation.
