The Sultan Kudarat State University Laboratory High School is posting the enrollment schedule for Incoming Grade 7 and Grade 11 (STEM and HUMSS) for Academic Year 2025–2026. Applicants who confirmed their enrollment on or before June 9, 2025, will be prioritized. Enrollment will begin on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, and conclude on June 13, 2025.

Enrollees must follow the following procedures:

Step 1
Get the Enrollment Form from the Registrar’s Office.

Step 2
Fill out the enrollment form.

Step 3
Pay PTCA fee for partial or full payment of ₱500 to PTCA Secretary at the Faculty Office.

Step 4
Proceed to the Principal’s Office for checking and enrollment into the system.

Step 5
Proceed to the university cashier for partial payment of ₱1000.00 or full payment of ₱5,000 for Junior High School and ₱8,750 for Senior High School.

Step 6
Write the Official Receipt number and the amount paid on the enrollment form.

Step 7.
Submit the enrollment form along with all the required documents to the registrar's office and secure a copy of the approved enrollment form.

The Laboratory High School Department is posting the list of qualified applicants who are eligible to enroll. All applicants must confirm their intention to enroll on or before June 9, 2025, by personally visiting the Principal's Office.

Failure to do so will be considered a disinterest in proceeding with the enrollment procedures. Furthermore, a copy of the list of requirements will be given in the said office.

To All Applicants Attending Today's Admission Interview (May 23, 2025):

Please follow these procedures for your admission interview:

Interview Order: Interviews will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. All applicants must log in to the Google Meet link provided below.
Individual Interview Links: Once an applicant has successfully logged in, a separate link will be provided for their individual interview.
Required Documents: All applicants must have a copy of their academic grades/card prepared.
Internet Connectivity: Please ensure your internet connection is stable. If you experience any technical concerns, kindly inform the admission personnel by sending a message to the Laboratory High School Page.
Google Meet Account Naming Convention: Rename your Google Meet account using the following format: Family Name, First Name, Middle Initial.
Interview Duration: Each interview will last for approximately 15 minutes.
No Companions: Applicants must be alone during the interview.
Dress Code: Please wear appropriate attire.
We**am Requirement: Web cameras must remain open throughout the interview.
Post-Interview: Once your interview is complete, please exit the Google Meet call and await the announcement of the results.

All interviewees who have not yet submitted their complete academic record/card are required to submit it by Friday, May 23, 2025. Non-compliance will result in a significant reduction of the overall admission score, given its 20 percent weighting. Please submit the photocopy to the Principal's Office.

This is to inform applicants who were unable to attend the previously scheduled admission interview due to valid reasons that we have scheduled an extended admission interview on Friday, May 23, 2025, at 8:00 AM. This interview will be conducted online.

Please note that the extended admission interview will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. The Google Meet link for the interview will be posted on the day of the interview.

Announcement: Admission Interview

The Sultan Kudarat State University Laboratory High School Department is releasing the alphabetically arranged list of applicants who obtained competitive scores in the CEM ELCOM and RSHT administered on February 15 and 16, 2025. These applicants will proceed to the next stage of the admission process—the interview.
Applicants are advised to await further announcements regarding the schedule and requirements for the admission interview.
Test results have been printed and may be claimed starting April 14, 2025, at the Laboratory High School Principal’s Office. Please present any valid ID upon claiming. If the student is unable to claim the results personally, an authorized representative may do so by presenting an authorization letter along with a valid ID attached to the document.

Room Assignments for Admission Examination – February 15-16, 2025
Greetings,
We are posting the room assignments for the upcoming admission examination scheduled on February 15 (Saturday) and February 16 (Sunday), 2025. The examination will be held at the Laboratory High School Building, Access Campus, Sultan Kudarat State University.

All test-takers must bring the following:
• A copy of the Application Form
• The Official Receipt of the testing fee
• At least two (2) Number 2 pencils
• One (1) ballpen
• Any valid ID
• Snacks and beverages
Testing Schedule and Guidelines:
• Morning session: Test-takers must be at the venue on or before 7:00 AM.
• Afternoon session: Test-takers must be at the venue on or before 12:30 PM.
• The examination duration is approximately two to three hours.
• Failure to attend the examination on the assigned date and time will result in disqualification from admission.
• Prohibited items: Calculators, cellphones, smartwatches, and other electronic gadgets are strictly not allowed during the examination.
• Roaming around the university premises is prohibited.
• All test-takers must wait in front of the Laboratory High School Building until they are called to their assigned rooms.
• Test-taking instructions will be provided inside the examination rooms.
