To all new students for the 1st Term, SY 2025–2026, who are unable to access the ERS:

The official list will be given to the guard on duty on August 12–13, 2025, to allow you to enter the campus. After the Orientation Program, you may go to the Registrar’s Office to check your ERS account. Please bring a valid ID.

How to Access the ERS (Enrollment Registration System)

For New Students – SY 2025–2026

Step 1: Open Your Browser
Using your phone, laptop, or computer, open Google Chrome or any web browser.

Step 2: Go to the Official ERS Website
In the address bar, type the official link:
ers.tup.edu.ph/aims/students
Then press Enter.

Step 3: Log in to Your Account
Enter your assigned student ID number , the default password (Surname), set the birthdate.

Username: STUDENT ID NUMBER
Password: Surname in capital ( ex. DELACRUZ)
Set BIRTHDATE

Step 4: Click on the Enrollment or Enlistment Tab

Step 5: Check Your subjects based on your course or program.

Step 6: Download or screenshot your Certificate of Registration (COR) for your schedule and PRINT to serve as your gate pass.

2. Gamitin ang mga sumusunod sa pag-access
a. Username (Your TUPT Student ID)
b. Default Password - (LASTNAME in CAPITAL LETTERS) EX. DELA CRUZ
c. Birthdate
3. i-CLICK ang SCHEDULE TAB.
4. i-CLICK anf ENROLLMENT TAB upang maprint ang COR (Certificate of Registration) Ito ang magsisilbing GATE PASS sa pagpasok.

5. HUWAG kalimutan sagutan ang GFORM para sa Student Information.

To Admission applicants,

In celebration of the 47th Founding Anniversary of TUP-Taguig, the application for Admission for SY 2024-2025 will be put on hold on March 19-23 and March 27-29, 2024.

Resumption of submission of application will be on March 25-26 and April 1 onwards..

Please be guided accordingly.
