Through the Mental Health and Sign Language Seminar, the TCU Psychology Department hopes to bring greater awareness to mental health and the Deaf community, while recognizing the value of communication and understanding.

This 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟏, the 𝐓𝐂𝐔 𝐏𝐬𝐲𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲 proudly celebrates 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡. Taking care of our mental health is just as important as taking care of our physical health. This World Mental Health Day, we are reminded that every story deserves to be heard and every experience matters. With this year’s theme, “𝑳𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒅 𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒔 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒅: 𝑹𝒆𝒂𝒍 𝑽𝒐𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒔, 𝑹𝒆𝒂𝒍 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆,” we recognize the importance of listening without judgment, showing empathy, and creating spaces where people feel safe to share their struggles.

Let us continue to break the stigma surrounding mental health and make understanding a part of our everyday conversations. Sometimes, being heard is where change begins.

A heartfelt congratulations to our student-athletes who proudly represented Taguig City University in the sports competitions held in celebration of its 20th Founding Anniversary! From every game played to every victory earned, your dedication, teamwork, and determination truly stood out.

A well-deserved recognition for 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐤𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐡𝐢𝐲𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐞, who took the stage yesterday and represented CAS through their voices and performance.

Behind every song was the time spent practicing, preparing, and working together as a choir. Congratulations to the whole team for giving their best and sharing their talent on the Paskorale stage.
