Another year, even more Titans to celebrate.

In the second year of the MICHELIN Guide Manila and Environs & Cebu, we are proud to see a significantly larger contingent of Enderun alumni contributing to the restaurants recognized in its 2027 selection. Across kitchens and dining rooms, their growing presence gives our community every reason to celebrate.

A special congratulations to FLOW, with Enderun alumni Chef Kevin Uy and Chef Gabriel Ong, on earning its first MICHELIN Star and joining the country’s One-MICHELIN-Starred restaurants. It is a remarkable milestone for the chefs and the entire FLOW team, and a particularly proud moment for Enderun.

To all our featured alumni, congratulations on the talent, discipline, and dedication you bring to your teams every day. We are proud to see you help shape this exciting chapter of Philippine dining.

Titans Week is underway at Enderun Colleges, bringing students together for a week of competition, creativity, and campus activities.

The opening ceremonies filled the gym with performances, games, and cheers from the stands. Around campus, students explored food stalls, creative booths, and a photo booth.

For Chef Thomas Wenger, a heart ailment prompted a new perspective on cooking and became the starting point for Cooking for the Heart.

Today at Enderun Colleges, our Senior Culinary Faculty and Senior Vice President of Enderun Hotels officially launched his cookbook, sharing the personal journey behind its creation.

Despite its title, Cooking for the Heart is not a dietary cookbook. It offers inspiration for those looking to make lifestyle changes through the food they prepare and enjoy. Inspired by Chef Thomas’s market visits during his travels around the world, its dishes invite readers to adapt the recipes to whatever is fresh and available in their own local markets.
