A definitive moment in national service was marked this May 9, 2026, at the historic Kampo Ranao in Marawi City during the Joint Closing Ceremony for Basic and Advance ROTC Cadets. This powerful event served as a testament to the dedication of the 2nd-year Criminology students of Iqra Development Academy Inc., who have successfully transitioned from students to disciplined defenders of the nation.

The ceremony was dignified by the presence of the Guest of Honor and Speaker, LTC ALDWIN G CORTEZ GSC (INF) PA, alongside high-ranking officials of the Philippine Army and the 103rd Infantry (Haribon) Brigade. Throughout the proceedings, the cadets were formally presented with certificates symbolizing the completion of their rigorous training, complemented by a traditional military reception and commemorative photo opportunities with leadership and community defense centers. These new reservists now carry forward the torch of patriotism, ready to embody the core values of Duty, Honor, and Country in steadfast service to the Filipino people.

The Centralized Joint Graduation and Moving Up Ceremony served as a grand stage for service and celebration as Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd) interns from Iqra Development Academy Inc. stepped up to assist their host school, Mira-ato Primary School, on March 29, 2026. Held at the Tamparan Gymnasium, the event honored the academic achievements of young learners transitioning to their next level of education.

The BEEd interns executed their roles by actively managing the event's logistics, which included coordinating the processional flow, ushering guests, and assisting the faculty in the distribution of certificates to ensure a dignified and orderly program. Discipline and technical mastery took center stage yesterday, April 14, 2026, as the Criminology Interns of Iqra Development Academy Inc. conducted a rigorous Dry Fire Activity on the institutional grounds. This essential training phase allowed the interns to sharpen their tactical proficiency by practicing firearm handling, proper stance, and trigger control without the use of live ammunition. Under the strict supervision of expert instructors, the students executed repetitive drills designed to build vital muscle memory and mental focus. By mastering these fundamental mechanics in a controlled environment, the interns are ensuring safety and precision as they prepare for the responsibilities of future law enforcement service.

In coordination with the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Tamparan, the interns played a vital role in facilitating the disaster simulation. Their involvement highlights their commitment to public safety and emergency response, as they assisted in guiding the community through the essential "Duck, Cover, and Hold" protocols to ensure disaster resilience.

๐‹๐Ž๐Ž๐Š || On March 26, 2026, BSBA and IT student interns from Iqra Development Academy had the distinct honor of witnessing the official visit of His Excellency Kazuya Endo, the Ambassador of Japan, to Lanao del Sur Provincial Hospital (Tamparan Provincial Hospital).

During the visit, AMBASSADOR KAZUYA ENDO was warmly welcomed with a vibrant presentation of Maranao cultural dance, highlighting the rich traditions of the local community. The program served as a meaningful way to showcase local culture and hospitality.

The event also featured student interns from Iqra Development Academy who helped in coordinating parts of the program, ensuring that everything went smoothly.
