TO ALL FRESHMEN/TRANSAFEREES OF THE GRADUATE SCHOOL PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Recommendation Letters. A graduate program applicant is required one (1) recommendation letter from former professor and one (1) from immediate supervisor; in cases of unemployed applicant, two (2) recommendation letters from former professors are required; A post-graduate applicant is required two (2) recommendation letters from former professors and one (1) letter recommendation from immediate supervisor
2. Honorable Dismissal (graduate from other school)
3. Photocopy of TOR
4. Authenticated Birth Certificate/Marriage Certificate
5. Entrance Exam Result
6. Student Admission Form
7. 2x2 ID Picture
