ANNOUNCEMENT!

SUBJECT: CONDUCT OF FACE TO FACE FINAL EXAMINATION, VIS-À-VIS, REQUIREMENT OF EXAMINATION PERMIT

The Graduate School will be conducting a Face to Face Examination on May 30-31, 2026. The faculty is reminded to conduct their examination at their official room assignment respectively.

All faculty members are directed to instruct their students to pay their full tuition fee at the Cashier's Office. Further, the issuance of EXAMINATION PERMIT will be released by the Cashier's Office upon full payment.

Deferred Power Interruption in Tandag City and Parts of Surigao del Sur

The scheduled power interruption on 09 May 2026, Saturday, affecting SURSECO 2 ( Surseco 2, Inc. ) (Lianga, Cagwait, and Tandag Substations) for the maintenance activities of San Francisco–Tandag 69kV Line, is deferred per request of Tandag Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The new schedule is 16 May 2026, Saturday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Subject: DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF MANUSCRIPT AND OTHER REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR ORAL/FINAL DEFENSE

This is to inform all concerned that the deadline for the submission of the manuscript and other required documents for oral defense will be on or before Saturday, May 16, 2026.

Further, final hardbound copies, along with a copy of the published article will be due on or before June 10, 2026. It is imperative that all program coordinators, dissertation and thesis advisers, and proponents shall adhere strictly to these deadlines to ensure timely completion and inclusion in the Academic Year 2025-2026 Graduation rites.

Failure to meet these deadlines will result in non-inclusion from the graduation list.
