Human Resource Management students enrolled in HRP 324 – Recruitment and Selection successfully completed their 8-hour immersion during the 2026 Asenso Tangub, Misamis Occidental Job Fair and One-Stop Shop Services held at the People’s Gymnasium, Tangub City.

Through this meaningful experience, students gained firsthand exposure to recruitment processes, applicant screening, job matching, and employment facilitation—bridging classroom theories with real-world HR practices.

Thank you to PESO Tangub City and all partners who made this valuable industry immersion possible. Together, we continue to prepare future HR professionals for the challenges and opportunities of the workforce.

The activity provided students with valuable firsthand exposure to recruitment, applicant screening, job matching, and employment facilitation, enabling them to connect classroom learning with actual human resource management practices.

This meaningful learning experience was made possible through the collaboration of the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Tangub City, headed by Ms. Victoria S. Berioso, and Tangub City Global College – Institute of Business and Financial Services, under the leadership of Prof. Kevin B. Tenorio, Program Head of Human Resource Management, together with Prof. Danisa Nikki Abella, Prof. Bengie S. Datwin, and Prof. Grace V. Geopano.
