STI College Tarlac opened its doors to students in April 16, 1990 under the leadership of its president, Ms.

Mai Ocampo. STI College Tarlac started with Tech-Voc courses which later expanded to full blown baccalaureate programs. STI College Tarlac true to its Vision and Mission offers quality education and relevant programs which moulds the youth to be productive citizens of this country and giving them holistic education and training which enables them to be globally competitive.
