The long wait is over for all open qualifiers!

Here are the open programs with available slots for which all open qualifiers can choose from to secure a slot for enrollment.

Please be advised that the BEEd, BSEd, BCAEd, BPEd, and BSFi programs are considered "closed" programs for open qualifiers as these programs have already finished their 2nd-level screening (2LS).

Starting tomorrow, 31 May 2026 at exactly 9:00 AM, the myVSU Tolosa Student Portal will reopen for all open qualifiers to secure their slot in these open programs. This is a first-register, first-served basis. Thus, slot reservations are strictly prohibited.

Kindly note that the pre-registration is a 4-part form. The last part indicates that your pre-registration is successfully submitted, and is pending for approval subject to the submission of enrollment requirements on the date/s specified in the instructional email we sent last May 19 and 20, 2026.

For qualifiers who cannot pre-register due to an error, kindly send us an email message, containg your full name, ECN, a full screenshot of the error, and a brief description of your concern, to [email protected].

| Here are the general registration schedules and activities for this Midyear, AY 2025-2026.

Keep in mind to communicate with your academic adviser before proceeding with the enrollment/general registration.

*** GENTLE REMINDERS ***
1. Enrollment is the primarily within the responsibility of the student. The academic advisers are mere 'adviser' for which these students can consult for their academic journey. Checking their grades in previous semesters, comlying their INCs, checking the sequence of courses, among others are sole responsibility of the student. It is the right of the academic adviser to decline the approval of the enrollment if the University Policies are not followed under merit.

2. The 1-year compliance period for INC shall only be applicable to courses which are NOT pre-requisites to higher-level course. Thus, compliance of INCs of pre-requisites must first be done before enrollment.

3. VSU does not accept new students (freshmen, transferees, 2nd coursers, etc.) during Midyear due to the absence of VSUCAT. Incoming students are accepted, upon qualifying the VSUCAT, only in the 1st semester.

We are strictly implementing these schedules to prevent disorganized procedures and haphazard approval of enrollment.

Attention to all VSU Tolosa Accepted Qualifiers!

The myVSU Tolosa Student Portal is now open for pre-registration (slot confirmation). Kindly re-check the email we sent last week on the pre-registration process.

This pre-registration for all accepted qualifiers is open until May 29, 2026 at 5:00 PM.

On May 30, 2026, all unclaimed slots will be announced and will be offered to all open qualifiers starting May 31, 2026. Furthemore, all unregistered accepted qualifiers will automatically be reclassified as open qualifiers and shall equally compete with all existing slots with the other open qualifiers.

For qualifiers who cannot pre-register due to an error, kindly send us an email, containg your full name, ECN, a full screenshot of the error, and a brief description of your concern, to [email protected].

Greetings, incoming new !

The Campus Admission Coordinator commenced the sending of the official congraturatory message for OPEN Qualifiers for all degree programs via their registered email address.

Furthermore, on 30 May 2026, we will be announcing the programs with available slots for which our open qualifiers will choose from. To note, open qualifiers can only choose slots from degree programs without 2nd-level screening.

Pre-registration for open qualifiers starts on May 31 until June 11, 2026.

We highly advise all VSUCAT qualifiers to read and understand each message we send to you before sending an inquiry.

We have started sending the official congratulatory messages via email to ACCEPTED qualifiers across all degree programs offered in our Component Campus.

Please be informed that the same message will also be sent to OPEN qualifiers tomorrow afternoon, 20 May 2026.

All qualifiers are highly encouraged to carefully read and fully understand the detailed instructions indicated in the email for proper guidance and compliance.

Aspiring , the wait is over — the results are now out!

To check your result, please follow the step-by-step process below:

1. Go to the official VSUCAT 2026 portal: https://cat2026.vsu.edu.ph/
2. On the homepage, click the “View Result” button.
3. Enter the following required information:
*Your Examination Control Number (ECN)
