Warm greetings and welcome to Trinidad Municipal College!

We would like to respectfully inform all new students that ID processing is currently being conducted at the Speech Laboratory. Due to the large number of students enrolling, we can accommodate a maximum of 100 students per day to ensure an orderly and efficient process.

For students who may not be accommodated during the enrollment period, please do not worry. ID processing will continue on regular school days starting July 1, and students will be accommodated according to the daily limit of 100 students per day.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation as we work to serve everyone as efficiently as possible.

📢 TMC ID Printing and Issuance

The printing and issuance of TMC IDs will be at the Speech Laboratory.

🔹 For old students with typographical errors on their IDs: Please present your old ID for verification and correction.

🔹 To ensure an orderly process and avoid congestion, all students are advised to follow their respective enrollment schedules when claiming or processing their IDs.

ENROLLMENT | Academic Year 2026-2027 1st Semester

Enrollment information and guidelines for the 1st Semester of Academic Year 2026-2027.

Reminders:
• NO ENROLLMENT for new and transferees who have not taken entrance examination.
• No MEDICAL CERTIFICATE, no enrollment.
• Enrollment is from 8 AM to 3 PM only. (See the schedule below for the enrollment dates of each year level)
• Proper dress code must be worn inside the campus. Enrollees wearing shorts and slippers, inappropriate attire will not be allowed to enter the campus.
• No enrollment by proxy shall be accepted during the enrollment process, except for special cases such as enrollees with medical issues (provided that a medical certificate is presented).
• All continuing students are reminded to check their grades from the last semester. If there are any INCOMPLETE grades, please prioritize resolving those subjects to avoid any inconvenience during enrollment.
• New and transferees are required to submit an original copy of their PSA birth certificate. Therefore, it is recommended that you keep photocopies of your PSA birth certificate for future reference, in case you do not have another copy.
• New students and transferees are also required to submit a photocopy of other necessary documents (Form 138-A, Certificate of Good Moral Character, etc.) to the department/college where they are enrolling.
• All enrollees are reminded not to bring their enrollment form at home. You will only be considered as officially enrolled once you submit your enrollment form to the Registrar’s Office

• 4th Year – June 1-2, 2026
• 3rd Year – June 3-4, 2026
• 2nd Year – June 5 & 8, 2026
• Incoming 1st Year – June 9-11, 2026
• Transferees and Irregular Students – June 15-19, 2026

Note: Students are strongly recommended to seek guidance and advice from their respective dean or department head before securing ADC form.

Requirements for Incoming Freshmen:
• Form 138-A / Report Card
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• PSA Birth Certificate (Original), 2 Photocopies (1 for Student Affairs, 1 for Department)
• Medical Certificate
o Medical certificate must have official seal or official receipt
o Must be in Bond Paper size (Short / A4)
• Chest X-Ray and Hepa (HBsAg) Test Results (BS in Criminology Only)
• 2 pcs. 1x1 ID Picture
• 2 pcs. Long Brown Envelope
• 2 Long Plastic Folder
o BA in Communication & BA Political Science (Green)
o BS in Criminology (Violet)
o BEEd & BSEd (Blue)
o BS in Office Administration (Yellow)
o BS in Information Technology (Red)

Requirements for Transferees:
• Transfer Credentials / TOR for Evaluation with NSTP Serial Number (In the absence of Transcript, provide Certificate of Grades / Grade Slip of all subjects taken in all semesters attended from the previous school, signed and sealed by the Registrar)
• PSA Birth Certificate (Original), 2 Photocopies (1 for Student Affairs, 1 for Department)
• Medical Certificate
o Medical certificate must have official seal or official receipt
o Must be in Bond Paper size (Short / A4)

• Admission Slip / Examination Permit last 2nd Semester

Note: In the absence of a grade slip, students must not have incurred an INC (Incomplete) in the subjects they enrolled last semester to avoid inconvenience during the tabulation of subjects. Exam admission slip / permit is also recommended to be brought during enrollment, especially for students who did not present their slip / permit during the final examination last 2nd Semester.

• Medical Certificate
o Medical certificate must have official seal or official receipt
o Must be in Bond Paper size (Short / A4)
• Grade Slip of the Last Semester Attended
