The Supreme Student Government (SSG) - CTU Tuburan Campus wishes to share an important update regarding the status of our recent T-shirt merchandise project. Following a series of production challenges and missed milestones, we have made the professional decision to conclude our partnership with our current third-party supplier to better protect the interests of our student body.

While we always aim to maintain positive collaborations, our primary commitment is to ensure that the expectations of our students are met with the highest standards of service and reliability.

We are now proactively managing the recovery process and are in direct communication with the supplier to facilitate the return of the project funds. This step is essential in allowing us to begin a structured refund rollout for everyone involved. Our priority is to ensure a smooth transition so that no student is left disadvantaged by these unforeseen circumstances.

To ensure everyone remains informed, we will be providing all subsequent official updates and detailed instructions regarding the refund process directly here on our official page. We kindly request your cooperation in monitoring our future posts for the latest developments, as this will be our primary hub for all announcements.
