S/sx: difficulty of breathing
Comorbidity: heart disease, hypertension
Upon arrival, was Brought immediately to hospital due to difficulty of breathing at Divine Mercy ER, then Transferred to CVMC.
Contact Tracing for all Close Contacts.
1. health workers who cared for the patient —Divine Mercy (applied own protocols for COVID19)..
and CVMC (all under quarantine at cvmc, all are asymptomatic, all were given PPEs while treating the patient)
2. living with the person (mother, wife, eldest son -high risk... brother, tricycle driver and his partner, other children of pt - low risk) —-all under strict home quarantine
3. working with the patient (in Manila— DOH Region already informed Central Epidemiology Unit for contact tracing)
**wife has mild respiratory symptoms as of now
**still verifying the bus # and departure time for contact tracing of co-passengers —4 days left
40 PUIs at CVMC as of Now
with Adequate # of consultants managing all PUIs composed of 3 teams.
SPH gave supplies to CVMC for augmentation
Tugue Actions:
Continue Checkpoint at entry and exit points: carig, namabbalan, maddarulug
All are advised for strict home quarantine.
For CAGAYAN PROVINCE ONLY:
CVMC as agreed Hospital for COVID-19. All admitted PUIs will be transferred to CVMC. Private hospitals promised to augment health staff, if necessary, and are willing to accept pts from CVMC with other diseases.

74 private rooms at cvmc converted to isolation rooms, with 16 separate rooms designated for Covid positive patients (KUNG MAGKAROON PERO WAG NA SANA)
