As we celebrate this month the birth of our Mother, we proudly announce that the National Pilgrim Image of Our Lady of Fatima will visit Bulacan State University on 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

As we celebrate the Month of the Holy Rosary this October, let us come together to offer our devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary, who is the intercessor of grace and mercy from her Son.

From her home at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima (Valenzuela City) to Bulacan State University, led by Ex Corde, let us welcome her with joy and anticipation.

As part of Bulacan State University’s commitment to student welfare, Ms. Angelita R. Iglesia, Head of the Office of Student Welfare, together with Engr. John De Leon, TWG BAC Member, and Ms. Geraldine De Leon, Office of Student Welfare Staff, conducted the Post-Qualification Process and Verification for the project "Procurement of Enhanced Student Insurance for Academic Year 2026–2027" at MAAGAP Insurance Inc. on July 31, 2026.

This activity is part of the procurement process to ensure that all requirements are thoroughly verified and that the selected provider is capable of delivering quality insurance services for the welfare and protection of BulSU students and employees for the Academic Year 2026–2027.

Our Grade 7 and Grade 8 learners gathered once again for another meaningful Kumustahan Circle, where the focus of the discussion was "Our Role in the Family." Kumustahan Circle continues its mission of serving not only our Grade 7 learners but also our Grade 8 students for School Year 2026–2027. Its first implementation for the school year was successfully conducted on July 14–17, 2026. An online meeting was conducted on May 6, 2026, with the EXCORDE and Proud Disciple of Jesus (PDJ) advisers to discuss a possible collaboration for WISDOM HOUR.

Present during the meeting were Ms. Angelita R. Iglesia, Head of the Office of Student Welfare; Rev. Eduardo Domingo, Dean of Student Affairs and Ministries – FEBIAS; Atty. Arjay Capitle, Head of the BulSU Procurement Office and EXCORDE Adviser; Ms. Jane Marie Sumodlayon, EXCORDE Adviser; and Ar. Teresa Gopez, PDJ Adviser.

The discussion focused on plans to bring WISDOM HOUR to CCJE, CON, and CAFA, with the shared goal of nurturing students’ spiritual growth, strengthening their values, and fostering a deeper sense of connection within the academic community.

The Office of the Student Welfare supports the spiritual growth and reflection of our students through the upcoming Wisdom Hour under the leadership of Ms. Esther Domingo of CPTEd.

Scheduled on March 24, 2026, at 4:00pm in the Old Library, Roxas Hall, this meaningful gathering will center on the theme “In His Image: Understanding What It Means to Be Created in the Image and Likeness of God” (Genesis 1:26).

This activity aims to provide students with a space to pause, reflect, and deepen their understanding of their identity and purpose. Through this initiative, we continue to nurture not only academic excellence but also faith, values, and personal growth among our students.

The Grade 10 Recollection was successfully conducted last March 19, 2026 at the LHS AVR.

A collaborative effort of the Office of the Student Welfare and the Laboratory High School, in partnership with Elevate Ministry, made this activity a meaningful day of reflection, learning, and spiritual growth for our students.

It provided a special opportunity for them to pause, reflect on their journey, strengthen their faith, and build deeper connections with one another.

Indeed, it was a day filled with purpose, inspiration, and renewed hearts.
