The Davao del Sur State College (DSSC) DSSC - Business Enterprise Office proudly joined the CHED-RAISE Celebration in Iloilo City from February 25 to 27, 2026, a national event highlighting innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation in higher education. DSSC showcased its Electronic Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) โ€” an integrated and customizable HRMO software designed to streamline HR processes, champion a people-centric approach, and strengthen transparency in governance. Recognized as one of the Collegeโ€™s flagship Income Generating Projects (IGPs), the HRMIS reflects DSSCโ€™s commitment to enterprise development and financial sustainability.

The DSSC delegation was led by Dr. Augie Estrellada Fuentes, College President, together with Dr. Felomino Alba, Project Leader and College Dean of Information and Digital Sciences, and Dr. Eric E. Pursuant to Executive Order No. 05, Series of 2026 issued by the Office of the City Mayor, Davao del Sur State College (DSSC) shall implement a blended learning modality for all levels today, February 5 (Thursday), starting at 1:00 p.m., at the Digos Campus only.

To address urgent transactions and concerns of the College, a skeletal workforce shall be designated, as identified by the Vice Presidents for Academic Affairs (VPAA) and Administration and Finance (VPAF).

Employees and students from the Matanao, Santa Cruz, and Sulop Extension Campuses are advised to coordinate and await further updates from their respective Local Government Units (LGUs).

All concerned are advised to remain vigilant and monitor official announcements from the College for updates and further instructions.
