Guidelines for the Upcoming Ceremonies

We joyfully invite everyone to two solemn milestones in the lives of our students:
47th Capping, Pinning, and Candle Lighting Ceremony (BS Nursing โ Batch 2028)

To preserve the solemnity and order of both events, we kindly ask students, families, and guests to observe the following guidelines:
โฐ Call Time
* All students must be at the venue by 7:00 AM sharp for final preparations.
* Families and guests are encouraged to arrive early to avoid delays.
๐ Traffic and Parking
* Kindly follow a Drop-and-Go policy at the entrance to avoid traffic congestion.
* Parking spaces are limited; please consider carpooling whenever possible.
๐ Dress Code
* Please wear decent and appropriate attire befitting the solemnity of the occasion.
* Sleeveless, revealing, or overly casual clothing (e.g., shorts, slippers) is discouraged.
๐ต Use of Mobile Phones
* The entire ceremony must remain solemn. Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited inside the venue.
* Students and guests are not allowed to bring out phones during the program.
๐คซ Conduct During the Ceremony
* Please remain seated and refrain from standing, walking around, or talking during the program.
* Maintain silence and solemnity at all times.
๐ธ Photography and Documentation
* Only official photographers and videographers assigned by the College are allowed to document the event.
* Families and guests are requested not to approach the stage or disrupt the ceremony to take pictures.
๐จโ๐ฉโ๐ง Processional, Capping, and Pinning
* During the processional and the capping/pinning on stage, only one parent, guardian, or companion may accompany the student.
๐๐ป Student Reminders
* Wear your complete and proper uniform with prescribed accessories.
* Follow instructions from the faculty and marshals before, during, and after the program.
* Uphold the Orata Values โIntegrity, Competence, Teamwork, and Transcendenceโthroughout the event.
๐ General Reminders
* Please remain seated until the ceremony has officially concluded.
* Show respect for the symbolic rituals (Capping, Pinning, Bust Presentation, Candle Lighting).
* Let us work together to keep the atmosphere dignified, meaningful, and memorable.
