Last March 24, 2026, at the Upper Room, dedicated architecture studentsโmentored by adviser Ar. Jeffrey E. Dela Cruzโpresented their individual research findings aimed at advancing urban development and sustainability in Urdaneta City. Their studies focused on Urban Management, addressing Land Use Shift and Urban Heat Island effects, enhancing Urban Mobility, and proposing innovative concepts to reimagine the 20th-century library and develop a Multimodal Transport Hub to improve connectivity and public service accessibility.
The event was part of their effort to contribute meaningful solutions for the cityโs growth and resilience. Presenters Mr. Arvin John Dimamay, Ms. Princess Khyle Gazzingan, Ms. Jay Ann Francisco, Ms. Fana Dayn Bataoil, and Eidelle Mae Nebrija engaged with key LGU representativesโincluding Engr. Sherlito Oliveros, Lee Anthony Ander, Bernadine M. Gravela, Melanie Tabayonyong, and Gemma Yadaoโto foster collaboration and support ongoing urban development initiatives. This initiative reflects the studentsโ commitment to applying their knowledge for the sustainable progress and betterment of Urdaneta City.
