For grantees with unclaimed subsidy in Batch 15, 2nd Sem 2024-2025 (on payout held June 17, 2026) , payout is extended until Friday, June 19, 2026, 10:00 a.m. Please submit documentary requirements at OSSFACDPS

Tertiary Education Subsidy TES Batch 15, 2nd Semester schedule of payout! Grantees bring the following:
1. Original School ID validated for the 2nd Semester 2024-2025.
2. Two (2) photocopies of validated School ID ( colored)
3. For grantees who have graduated and lost their School ID , a Certified True Copy of the COE for the semester for financial assistance must be submitted together with government issued ID with 3 signatures or secure issuance of ID at CBO.
Authorized representatives who are not immediate member of the family of grantee may secure SPA.
