The 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 (𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗣) of the Zamboanga State College of Marine Sciences and Technology successfully conducted the 𝗦𝗔𝗙𝗘 𝗦𝗣𝗔𝗖𝗘: 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 Seminar at the 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹, 𝗭𝗦𝗖𝗠𝗦𝗧 on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

With the goal of promoting emotional well-being, mental health awareness, and creating a supportive environment for students, the activity became a meaningful avenue for participants to express themselves, reflect, and understand the importance of seeking help and supporting one another. Through inspiring discussions and interactive sharing, the seminar reminded everyone that no one has to face their struggles alone.

This initiative would not have been possible without the valuable partnership and collaboration of 𝑱𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒐𝒓 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 (𝑱𝑪𝑰) – 𝒁𝒂𝒎𝒃𝒐𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂 𝑳𝒂 𝑩𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒂, whose support and dedication greatly contributed to the success of the program.

Jerico Siason, successfully conducted a 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 at 𝗦𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻, 𝗭𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

With the goal of promoting proper hygiene and health awareness among young learners, the activity was filled with meaningful and engaging experiences,. From 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝘂𝗻 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀. Truly, it was a day of learning, laughter, and service.

This initiative would not have been possible without the generous support and collaboration of our partners. Our heartfelt gratitude to the 𝑺𝒖𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑪𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒍 𝑺𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒕𝒚 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑷𝒉𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒑𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔 (𝑺𝑺𝑪𝑺𝑷) 𝒁𝒂𝒎𝒃𝒐𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂 𝑪𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒕𝒆𝒓 for providing school supplies and books for the children, and to 𝑩𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒚 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒉𝒂𝒏 for the transportation assistance (back and forth) ensuring a safe and smooth conduct of the activity.

We also extend our appreciation to our supportive NSTP coordinator 𝑴𝒂’𝒂𝒎 𝑹𝒆𝒚𝒏𝒆𝒍𝒔𝒂 𝑫. 𝑻𝒖𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒂 Reynz Van Tulio Dajay and to the active and dedicated students of 𝑩𝑺𝑬𝑫 𝑺𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒔 1𝑨, 𝑩𝑨𝑭𝑰𝑳 1𝑨, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑩𝑨𝑭𝑰𝑳 1𝑩, whose teamwork and commitment made this outreach program a success.

More than just an event, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗦 became a space where voices were heard, awareness was strengthened, and hearts were opened.

Held on 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟭𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at the 𝗭𝗦𝗖𝗠𝗦𝗧 𝗗𝗼𝗺𝗲, 𝗭𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆, the activity brought together NSTP students in a meaningful learning experience that emphasized respect, awareness, and the importance of creating safe spaces.

From the smiles, shared insights, and active participation of our NSTP students, it was evident that this experience went beyond learning. It became a reminder that each of us plays a role in creating a safer and more respectful community. Every discussion, every message, and every moment spent together helped build not just knowledge, but responsibility and compassion.

As future leaders and active citizens, our students were not only listeners today—they became 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀, ready to stand, speak, and act for what is right.
