Alpha Phi Omega – Epsilon Zeta, Gamma Zeta, and Zeta Rho Chapters proudly conducted the Integrated Final Ritual for Batch 2025A ‘Siglo’ last October 19, 2025. This momentous event marked the culmination of a journey filled with trials, growth, and the unwavering pursuit of brotherhood and service. It was a day that celebrated not only survival but transformation — from pledges into true brothers of Alpha Phi Omega.

Under the steadfast leadership of Grand Chancellor Al-Muhmar T. Adil and Prime Chancellor Mohammad Aljon, the ceremony embodied the spirit of unity among chapters, strengthening the bond that defines APO. Their guidance and dedication served as an inspiration to all, proving that true leadership is shown through service and integrity.

The presence of APO young blood added warmth and pride to the event, standing in solidarity with the officers and extending heartfelt congratulations to the newly survived brothers. Their support reflected the enduring strength of the brotherhood — one that transcends batches, time, and boundaries.

To Batch 2025A ‘Siglo’, this is just the beginning. Carry with you the light of Leadership, Friendship, and Service as you step forward into the world as proud bearers of the APO spirit. Continue to serve with humility, lead with purpose, and uphold the values that define our fraternity.

Congratulations, Brothers of Batch 2025A ‘Siglo’ — your journey has just begun, and your legacy has already begun to shine.
💛💙 Leadership. Friendship. Service.

Look!!

The Alpha Phi Omega-Epsilon Zeta Chapter is now open for recruitment.

Be one of us!!

Joining the unbroken circle of ALPHA PHI OMEGA presents many opportunities to learn more about yourself, your goals, and your strengths. You can learn from how others handle certain situations and test your current knowledge. You can also find out what you’re good at, whether that’s multitasking, staying organized, generating ideas, or serving others.

Becoming a leader will help you develop leadership skills that will be invaluable in all areas of life. You’ll be presented with opportunities to improve and gain confidence in yourself as an individual.

Participating in the chamber of Alpha Phi Omega based around your particular area will give you practical experience within that field. And what’s great about APO is that while you learn to use skills you get to test them out in a safe environment where making mistakes is OK. Everyone is there to support you, so there’s no fear in messing up or being wrong.

Chances are, the organization you choose to participate in will include a diverse group of people — you’ll be faced with the same situation in the brotherhood world! Learning how different people respond and react to certain situations will help you develop your skills in presenting and implementing ideas.

Many Alpha Phi Omega members provide opportunities to give back to the community, whether through acts of service, sponsoring events, or hosting charity drives.

We strongly support the ANTI-HAZING LAW! Republic Act No. 11053” Anti-hazing act of 2018”.

In the spirit of Leadership, Friendship, and Service, the brothers and sisters of Alpha Phi Omega Chapters — Epsilon Zeta, Gamma Zeta, PC177, Zeta Rho and Beta Nu — united for a meaningful community service and advocacy event, “HIV Advocacy and Testing Activity”, held at Southern City Colleges – Criminology Building, Zamboanga City, last September 28, 2025.

This advocacy was graced by representatives from the City Health Office–Reproductive Health and Wellness Center in collaboration with Mindanao Action Core Advocates for HIV and AIDS in Zamboanga, Inc. (MACAHAZ), and attended by our APOZPAR Region IX Regional Director Sis. Katherine “Kat” Denusta along with regional officers and alumni.

Topics Covered:
• Raising awareness on HIV prevention, testing, and treatment — including Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, and Expression (SOGIE)
• Educating members and youth on the Philippine HIV and AIDS Policy Act of 2018 (RA 11166)
• Encouraging stigma reduction and promoting compassion for persons living with HIV
• Promoting voluntary, confidential, and accessible HIV testing

After the sessions, certificates of appreciation were awarded to all participating chapters and key advocates who contributed to the success of the event.

Attendees were treated with Jollibee snacks, water bottles, candies, and a free coffee station — a simple yet heartwarming gesture that fueled everyone’s energy and symbolized our shared sweetness, warmth, and unity in service.

“Awareness is the first step to compassion, and compassion is the path to true service.”

“Leadership is not just about guiding others — it’s about spreading light where ignorance once stood.”

Fraternal appreciation to our dedicated chapter leaders who spearheaded this initiative:
• Bro. Miftah T. Sabtulla – Grand Chancellor, Gamma Zeta Chapter
• Bro. Mohammad Aljon J. Alibbon – Prime Chancellor, Gamma Zeta Chapter
• Bro. Al-Muhmar T. Adil – Grand Chancellor, Epsilon Zeta Chapter
• Bro. Nurhavier B. Babun – Prime Chancellor, Epsilon Zeta Chapter

A truly successful and eye-opening event for everyone present — proving once again that APO young bloods continue to serve with heart, purpose, and unity for a healthier and more informed community.

As we joyfully marked the 46th Chapter Anniversary of Alpha Phi Omega Epsilon Zeta Chapter on September 30, 2025, we took the opportunity a day prior, September 29, 2025, to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our beloved Alma Mater (Southern City Colleges) through the donation of a water dispenser. This meaningful act is more than just providing refreshment; it is a symbol of our continuing bond with the institution that molded our character, nurtured our dreams, and inspired us to live out the values of Leadership, Friendship, and Service. May this humble contribution serve not only the needs of the present but also stand as a reminder for future generations that true service is grounded in gratitude and love for one’s Alma Mater. Through this gesture, Alpha Phi Omega reaffirms its enduring commitment to give back, to serve, and to uphold the legacy of our fraternity for years to come.”

𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐬, 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐞𝐬

On National Heroes Day, August 25, 2025, Alpha Phi Omega Region IX – ZPAR united in service through a Simultaneous Tree Planting Activity at the Pasonanca Natural Park Watershed, Zamboanga City.

This year, we planted 100 seedlings of giant bamboo — a meaningful symbol of 100 years of Alpha Phi Omega’s brotherhood, leadership, and service. Each seedling represents a decade of commitment, sacrifice, and unity that continues to grow stronger with time.

Why giant bamboo?

• It grows rapidly and absorbs more carbon than most trees, making it a strong weapon against climate change.
• Its deep roots prevent erosion and safeguard our watershed, protecting water sources for the community.
• It symbolizes unity and adaptability — bending but never breaking, much like the Filipino spirit.

Each bamboo we planted is more than just a seedling — it is a living monument of hope, service, and sustainability, a tribute to our heroes’ legacy, and a gift to the generations to come.

Heroism is not only written in history books, it lives on in every APO member who chooses to serve, protect, and nurture life.
