Be reminded of the following:
1. 𝐁𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭 (𝐂𝐄𝐓) 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 (𝐂𝐄𝐓 𝐈𝐑𝐑/𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭). The information needed can be found in your CET result. Prepare a clear copy of your Form 137/138 (SHS Report Card) to be uploaded online.
2. 𝐄𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐝. Qualified applicants will be contacted by the College Admission Officers for an interview.

5. A student is allowed to 𝐩𝐫𝐞-𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐧𝐞 (𝟏) 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐚 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞. If the student is declined or not accepted into the first course they selected, they can then choose to pre-register for a different course as an alternative option.
6. For shifters and transferees, please visit the Admission Office first.
7. For technical issues encountered, please visit the Management Information Systems & Technology Office (MISTO), Ground Floor of Administration Building.
