انتہائی دکھ اور گہرے رنج کے ساتھ یہ افسوسناک خبر موصول ہوئی کہ ڈاکٹر خلیل احمد انصاری، اسسٹنٹ پروفیسر، یونیورسٹی کالج آف کنونشنل میڈیسن، اس فانی دنیا سے رخصت ہو گئے ہیں۔

ان کی ناگہانی وفات نے ساتھیوں، طلبہ اور احباب کو شدید صدمے سے دوچار کر دیا ہے۔ وہ ایک مخلص، بااخلاق، شفیق اور علم دوست استاد تھے جن کی خدمات، رہنمائی اور خوش اخلاقی ہمیشہ یاد رکھی جائے گی۔

اللہ رب العزت مرحوم کی کامل مغفرت فرمائے، ان کی تمام لغزشوں سے درگزر فرمائے، ان کی قبر کو نور سے بھر دے، جنت الفردوس میں اعلیٰ مقام عطا فرمائے، اور ان کے اہلِ خانہ، عزیز و اقارب، دوستوں، ساتھیوں اور شاگردوں کو یہ عظیم صدمہ صبر و استقامت کے ساتھ برداشت کرنے کی توفیق عطا فرمائے۔

ڈاکٹر حافظ محمد آصف نے چین میں پاکستان کی نمائندگی کرتے ہوئے عالمی کانگریس سے خطاب کیا، پاک۔چین روایتی طب تعاون میں اہم پیش رفت

بہاولپور/ہانگژو/آنہوئی (چین): اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کے یونیورسٹی کالج آف کنونیشنل میڈیسن (UCCM) کے پرنسپل ڈاکٹر حافظ محمد آصف نے عوامی جمہوریہ چین کے حالیہ سرکاری و تعلیمی دورے کے دوران پاکستان کی نمائندگی کرتے ہوئے بین الاقوامی سطح پر متعدد اہم کامیابیاں حاصل کیں، جنہیں پاک۔چین تعلیمی و سائنسی تعاون کے فروغ کی جانب ایک اہم پیش رفت قرار دیا جا رہا ہے۔

ڈاکٹر حافظ محمد آصف نے چین کے شہر ہانگژو، صوبہ ژیجیانگ میں منعقد ہونے والی روایتی چینی طب میں مصنوعی ذہانت (Artificial Intelligence in Traditional Chinese Medicine) کی پہلی عالمی کانگریس میں پاکستان کی نمائندگی کی۔ ورلڈ فیڈریشن آف چائنیز میڈیسن سوسائٹیز (WFCMS) اور ژیجیانگ چائنیز میڈیکل یونیورسٹی کے زیر اہتمام منعقدہ اس کانگریس میں دنیا کے 28 ممالک اور خطوں سے تقریباً 800 ممتاز سائنسدانوں، طبی ماہرین، محققین اور تعلیمی رہنماؤں نے شرکت کی، جہاں مصنوعی ذہانت اور روایتی طب کے امتزاج سے عالمی صحت کے مستقبل پر سیر حاصل بحث کی گئی۔

دورے کے دوران ڈاکٹر حافظ محمد آصف نے آنہوئی یونیورسٹی آف چائنیز میڈیسن میں "ادویاتی پودوں میں ٹرانسلیشنل ریسرچ اور پاک۔چین تعاون" کے موضوع پر کلیدی خطاب کیا، جسے بین الاقوامی شرکاء نے بھرپور پذیرائی دی۔ انہوں نے پاکستان میں موجود ادویاتی نباتات کے وسیع ذخائر، جدید سائنسی تحقیق اور روایتی طب کو یکجا کرتے ہوئے قدرتی ادویات کی تیاری اور عالمی سطح پر مؤثر طبی حل کی ضرورت پر زور دیا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ پاکستان اور چین کے درمیان مشترکہ تحقیق مستقبل میں عالمی صحت کے شعبے میں نمایاں کردار ادا کر سکتی ہے۔

چین کے دورے کے دوران ڈاکٹر حافظ محمد آصف نے آنہوئی یونیورسٹی آف چائنیز میڈیسن کے صدر اور اعلیٰ انتظامیہ سے بھی ملاقات کی، جس میں دونوں اداروں کے درمیان مشترکہ تحقیقی منصوبوں، اساتذہ و طلبہ کے تبادلہ پروگرام، خصوصی تربیتی مواقع، مشترکہ علمی کانفرنسوں اور روایتی طب میں سائنسی تحقیق کے فروغ کے لیے تعاون کے جامع فریم ورک کو حتمی شکل دی گئی۔

دونوں جامعات نے اس عزم کا اظہار کیا کہ یہ شراکت داری پاکستان اور چین کے درمیان روایتی طب، ادویاتی پودوں کی تحقیق، اختراع اور اعلیٰ تعلیم کے شعبوں میں طویل المدتی تعاون کو مزید مضبوط بنائے گی اور دونوں ممالک کے محققین کے لیے نئے مواقع پیدا کرے گی۔

تعلیمی حلقوں کے مطابق ڈاکٹر حافظ محمد آصف کی عالمی سطح پر مؤثر نمائندگی نہ صرف اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور بلکہ پاکستان کے روایتی طب اور ادویاتی نباتات کے شعبے کے لیے بھی ایک اہم اعزاز ہے، جو مستقبل میں بین الاقوامی تحقیقی اشتراک، جدید طبی اختراعات اور عالمی علمی روابط کو مزید وسعت دینے میں معاون ثابت ہوگا۔

Our President, Dr. Hafiz Muhammad Asif, Official , held a **highly productive one-on-one meeting** with the President of **Anhui University of Chinese Medicine, Prof. Dr. Peng Daiyin**, along with the university's distinguished team of International Linkages — and the outcomes of this meeting are nothing short of extraordinary for our entire BEMS community.
