اہم اور فوری نوٹس برائے طلبۂ انٹرمیڈیٹ

کالج ہٰذا کے تمام انٹرمیڈیٹ کے طلبہ کو سختی سے ہدایت کی جاتی ہے کہ وہ 10 فروری 2025 تک اپنا امتحانی داخلہ ہر صورت میں مکمل اور یقینی بنائیں۔ بصورتِ دیگر،، انہیں امتحانی ہال میں بیٹھنے کی اجازت نہیں دی جائے گی۔

واضح رہے کہ مقررہ تاریخ تک داخلہ نہ ہونے کی صورت میں اس کی تمام تر ذمہ داری خود طالب علم پر عائد ہوگی، اور کالج انتظامیہ اس ضمن میں کسی قسم کی ذمہ دار نہیں ہوگی

انٹرمیڈیٹ سال اول و سال دوم کے تما م طلباء کو مطلع کیا جاتا ہے کہ سالانہ امتحان 2026 کے لئیے فیس جمع کرنے کی آخری تاریخ 10 فروری 2026 مقرر کی گئی ہے لہذا آخری تاریخ سے پہلے پہلے اپنا داخلہ یقینی بنائیں اور کالج ایڈمن آفس میں اپنا داخلہ فیس جمع کرادیں۔

Today, a general staff meeting was held at Government Degree College, Chamla, Buner. The meeting commenced with the recitation of a few verses from the Holy Quran by Mr. Ikramullah and was chaired by the Principal of the college, Dr. Sartaj Ali. The Principal warmly welcomed all the honorable staff members and briefed them on the agenda of the meeting. The following agenda items were discussed in detail:

1. Solarization of the college
2. Submission and review of portfolios of all teaching and non-teaching staff members.
4. Preparation of duty roster for winter vacations.
5. Review and strengthening of college security measures.
6. Inter students syllabus completion.
7. Maintenance and cleanliness of classrooms, laboratories, and campus premises.
8. Examination matters, including internal assessments and result.

The Principal welcomed all staff members and discussed important academic and administrative matters. The following agenda items were discussed:
1. Review of Intermediate students’ evaluation results on monthly basis.
2. Physical verification.
3. Intermediate syllabus completion status.
4. Struck-off students status.
5.Absentee record of students.
6.Overall college maintenance and cleanliness
7.College discipline matters
