Deputy Director Colleges Chakwal, Dr. Ghulam Abbas, visited Government Degree College Malhal Mughlan and Government Associate College Pir Phulai to review the academic environment and campus facilities.

During his visit to Government Degree College Malhal Mughlan, he inspected the classrooms and the quarters of the non-teaching staff, where he carefully observed the large cracks in the walls. The inspection was carried out thoroughly so that a detailed report could be submitted to the Building Department for immediate maintenance and repair work.

At Government Associate College Pir Phulai, he directed the Principal to arrange grass trimming in the college lawn and to install benches under the shady trees, so that students may sit, study, and spend their free time in a peaceful environment during the summer season.

These visits reflect a strong commitment towards improving educational institutions, ensuring safety, and providing better facilities for students and staff.

Today, DDC Chakwal Dr. Abbas met SDO Building Talagang Mr. Almas at his office and took an update on the ongoing college schemes in Talagang.

He specifically requested the SDO to complete the BS Block at Government Graduate College Talagang before 30th June, to which the SDO assured that work is progressing rapidly and will be completed within a month.

He also emphasized the immediate start of the six-room block at Government Graduate College for Women Talagang.

In addition, a detailed review was conducted on two schemes ongoing since 2021, which include Government Associate College Lawa and Government Associate College for Women Pachhnand, to ensure their completion.

Today, DDC Chakwal Dr. Abbas visited Government Associate College for Women Wanhar and Government Associate College Buchhal Kalan. He briefed the students on the importance of the Google Career Certificate in the modern era and apprised them of the efforts of the Government of Punjab and Minister for Education Rana Sikandar Hayat for this project. He also reviewed reports on pre-first year classes and admissions in the college.

During the PTM for outgoing 2nd year students, Govt. Graduate College for Women, Talagang ran a 1st year admission campaign.
