The Department of Business Administration arranged a formal visit to Gymkhana DG Khan for the 8th semester (final semester) and 6th semester BS Digital Marketing students, in the presence of Chairperson Dr. Muhammad Zia-ullah along with faculty members Dr. Zia ur Rahman, Mr. Salman Mehmood, and Mr. Muhammad Kashif, where students had the opportunity to explore various facilities and sports areas within the venue, engage in a refreshing and enjoyable environment, and conclude the visit with a delightful lunch, making the experience both memorable and enriching while fostering a sense of camaraderie and collective engagement. The department extends sincere appreciation to the management team for making the event a success. The entire arrangement was solely managed by students, with special contributions from Bisma Khan,Massad Ahmad, Zahra, Hamza, Talha Bilal, Majid, Maira, Misbah Zeeshan, Burhan, Kashif and Ahmmar.

In line with Ghazi University’s Strategic Plan to strengthen industry–academia linkages and enhance student employability, the Department of Business Administration’s Corporate Liaison and Industry Partnership Wing, in collaboration with the Financial Inclusion Department of State Bank of Pakistan – Banking Services Corporation, Multan, organized the Young Islamic Banking Professionals (Y-IBP) Program for 120 students from BS Accounting & Finance, BBA (Hons), and BS Digital Marketing programs.

The program provided an overview of Islamic banking and finance, including Shariah principles, Islamic products and contracts, governance frameworks, and academic and professional career pathways.

The session featured Ms. Kiran Amjad, Assistant Director, SBP-BSC Multan, and M***i Muhammad Jamshaid Aslam, Shariah Expert at Meezan Bank Limited, who shared practical insights and professional guidance.

Prof. Dr. Ashfaq Ahmad, Vice Chancellor, Ghazi University emphasized the importance of practical learning and skill development. Dr. Muhammad Ziaullah, Chairperson of the Department, reaffirmed the department’s commitment to equipping students with industry-relevant knowledge. The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Ahmad Din, Event Coordinator.

A two days training entitled “ Accreditation Strategies : Understanding the Revised ENBEAC Accreditation Standards” held on 29 and 30 January 2026 , organised by National Business Accreditation Council (NBEAC) at Bahria University (BU) IslamAbad .Two faculty members from the department of Business Administration Dr. Riffut Jabeen and Dr. Ahmad Din attended this training.
