act will be finalized without signing of written contract document by both parties.
2. Once the contract has been signed, both parties shall abide by all terms and conditions. Partnership will be terminated if any mentioned right of UET TRIBUNE is denied by client party.
3. If any amendment is required in the contract, it can be done. Once approved and signed by both parties, will be contractually binding.
4. Any confidential information provided by client, shall not be disclosed to the third party.
5. UET TRIBUNE will have the right to use any public content/ image/ video related to the event without the client's permission.
6. Client will have the right to use the content created exclusively for the event without the permission of UET TRIBUNE.
7. No direct financial assistance is sought from the Partner.
8. This agreement will not be legally admissible.
9. UET TRIBUNE reserves the right to refuse the publishing of content considered unsuitable for the page.
10. Client party has the right to ask for deletion of any content they find unsuitable for their campaign.
