The Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship (TIME) is an innovative and dynamic youth-led initiative that was officially registered in 2017, although its full-scale operations commenced shortly before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. In a remarkably brief period, TIME has positively impacted the lives of over 6,000 young individuals, demonstrating its commitment to empowering the next genera
tion. Furthermore, TIME has successfully established the Rotaract Club of The Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship RID-3271, which currently boasts a membership of more than 60 dedicated volunteers. This collaboration enables TIME to extend its reach and engage with a wider network of like-minded individuals, fostering collective efforts towards youth development and social progress. The core programs initiated by TIME are intricately aligned with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Its multifaceted activities primarily revolve around promoting employment and self-employment opportunities through a comprehensive range of vocational and technical skills development programs. Additionally, TIME actively engages in disaster management initiatives, offers advanced high-tech courses, provides specialized training for government officials from the Agriculture Extension Department of the Government of Sindh, and facilitates enterprise development. Moreover, TIME demonstrates its commitment to education by offering impactful co-working initiatives and implementing targeted skills development programs designed specifically for women, aimed at reducing poverty and empowering marginalized communities. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, TIME also established a Data Management Centre, involving 112 dedicated young volunteers, to support the District Administration in effectively managing critical pandemic-related information. Another notable endeavor undertaken by TIME involves organizing awareness sessions to encourage and promote the active participation of women in the local government system, thereby fostering inclusive and equitable governance. In summary, the Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship (TIME) has rapidly emerged as a leading youth-focused organization that harnesses the power of innovation and collaboration to create a positive impact on society. Through its diverse range of programs and initiatives, TIME strives to contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals while empowering young individuals and fostering sustainable socio-economic development.
