With profound grief and a heavy heart, we mourn the passing of Prof. M***i Jamiluddin Ahmad, an exceptional teacher, mentor, and scholar. He served with great distinction as Former Head of the Department of Mass Communication at NUML and Director General (Retd.), Associated Press of Pakistan (APP). For many of us, he was not only an academic leader but one of the finest teachers whose wisdom and guidance shaped generations of journalists and communication professionals.
Namaz-e-Janaza will be offered InshaAllah on Tuesday, 17 March 2026, at 11:00 AM at H-8 Graveyard, Islamabad.
May Allah Almighty grant him the highest ranks in Jannah, forgive his shortcomings, and give patience and strength to his family, students, colleagues, and loved ones. Ameen
