We are excited to share that teams of A-Levels students from Westminster Academy Islamabad secured 1st and 2nd place in the Campfire Game Jam by Hack Club.

Hack Club is a US-based global community that empowers young programmers to create, build, and collaborate on innovative tech projects.

Competing against talented participants, our students navigated countless challenges with creativity, teamwork, and perseverance to emerge among the top teams in this exciting competition where they were required to develop a game.

“The sky is not the limit when curiosity takes flight.” ✈️

Westminster Robotics Society recently hosted an exciting two-day workshop, conducted by the Robotics Society of IST (Institute of Space Technology) at Westminster Academy Islamabad. During the workshop, our students from IGCSE and A-Levels had the incredible opportunity to design, build, and successfully fly their own RC (Remote-Controlled) planes.

It was a truly engaging and enriching hands-on experience that encouraged creativity, teamwork, and practical learning, giving students a glimpse into the fascinating world of engineering and aviation. ✈️🚀

Westminster Dramatics Society Annual Play 2026: A Comedy Double Bill

Laughter was guaranteed as Westminster Dramatics Society brought to life two hilarious comedies - Good Cop Bad Cop by Ian McWethy and Jason Pizzarello, and Bad Auditions by Bad Actors by Ian McWethy. Our talented students delivered brilliant performances, bringing every character to life with impeccable comic timing and energy. Huge kudos to Fizza Hasan & Imran Iftikhar for flawless direction, and to our amazing set & props team for creating the perfect stage backdrop.

We were honoured to welcome our guests of honour, Mr Imran Raza Kazmi – Pakistani film producer & founder of IRK Films, and Mr Azfar Jafri – Pakistani film director, screenwriter, actor & VFX artist. Their presence truly inspired and motivated our young performers, making the evening even more special!

Three times Best Delegation Award in a row!

Congratulations to the Westminster MUN Team on winning the Best Delegation Award at Headstart Model United Nations (HSMUN) 2025. Our brilliant young diplomats represented the Westminster MUN society across all the junior and senior committees, where they grabbed multiple awards and made us proud.

Some highlighted performances were as follows:

1. Ahmad Shuja Gondal - Best Diplomat of the Conference and Outstanding Diplomat PNA.
2. Hamnah Gondal - Best Delegates UNCSTD.
3. Muhammad Moosa: Best Delegate ICAC.
4. Aimen Umair: Outstanding Diplomat WHO.
5. Dayyan Shakir: Outstanding Diplomat UNSC.

Students of A-Levels from Westminster Science Society made a powerful mark at LGS IRIS, a science-focused competition featuring 50 delegations from across the region - and Westminster emerged as the standout institution of the event!

Through a series of diverse and intellectually challenging modules, our delegations demonstrated exceptional analytical thinking, teamwork and academic excellence across multiple disciplines. Their confidence, preparation and competitive spirit truly set them apart.

We are thrilled to announce that Westminster teams secured Distinction in Law, Business, Physics, Chemistry and Trivia, along with Runner-Up positions in Biology and Mathematics - an extraordinary accomplishment that reflects the depth of talent and dedication within our A-Levels cohort.

Westminster’s Intraschool Ignite Business Competition brought out the entrepreneurial spirit in full force as teams of 2–4 presented their original business concepts before a panel of judges. But pitching wasn’t enough -participants were challenged with real-time business crises, pushing them to think fast, adapt smartly, and defend their ideas like true entrepreneurs.

The confidence, creativity, and problem-solving skills on display proved that the future of business is already in capable hands!
