*SU student wins gold medal in Sumo Wrestling at 35th National Games*

JAMSHORO: A student of Sindh University's Centre for Physical Education, Health & Sports Science Muddasir Ali Baladi who won the Gold Medal in the Middleweight Division of Sumo Wrestling at the 35th National Games 2025, called on the Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Fateh Muhammad Marri.

He along with the Director of his centre met the VC at his office after winning in the national event, which was held on December 7–8, 2025 in Karachi.

Muddasir Baladi clinched the top honor in the major category after displaying exceptional skill, discipline and determination. He competed against some of the strongest provincial teams from across the country.

His remarkable performance brought pride and recognition to the University of Sindh.

He was accompanied by the Director of the Centre for Physical Education, Health & Sports Science Professor Dr. Soniha Aslam during the meeting with the Vice-Chancellor.

On the occasion, Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Fateh Muhammad Marri warmly congratulated Muddasir Ali Baladi and Professor Dr. Soniha Aslam on this outstanding and matchless achievement.

He lauded the dedication of both the student and the director and expressed hope that the University of Sindh sports teams would continue to secure further victories at national and international levels in the future.

*SU announces online examination forms for LLB (Hons) failure students*

JAMSHORO: The Controller of Semester Examinations, University of Sindh Muhammad Mashooque Siddiqui has announced the filling of online examination forms for LLB (Hons) 5-Year Programme (1st Semester) examinations 2025 for failure students only of all eligible current and previous batches.

According to a circular issued by the controller, the examinations will cover Part-I (1st Semester), Part-II (3rd Semester), Part-III (5th Semester), Part-IV (7th Semester) and Part-V (9th Semester) under the semester system.

The forms will be submitted online through the university’s e-portal from December 16 to December 23, 2025.

Principals and Directors of affiliated public and private colleges and institutes have been directed to ensure online submission of examination forms.

The completed forms along with required documents must be submitted to the office of the Controller of Examinations on or before December 25, 2025.

The prescribed examination fee for failure students is Rs. 9,300 payable only through an online-generated bank challan at Habib Bank Limited branches.

Payments through Easypaisa, UBL Omni, TCS or fund transfers will not be accepted.

The university has clarified that manual examination forms will not be entertained.

The Controller of Examinations further stated that all paid challans will be verified and the university reserves the right to withhold results in case of any discrepancy.
