On this day in 1930, Edsger W. Dijkstra was born. Dijkstra received the in 1972 for fundamental contributions to programming as a high, intellectual challenge; for eloquent insistence and practical demonstration that programs should be composed correctly, not just debugged into correctness; and for illuminating perception of problems at the foundations of program design.

Edsger W. Dijkstra’s 1972 ACM Turing Award acceptance speech, “The Humble Programmer,” reflects on the evolution of programming and outlines a path for its future. We are delighted to share a proud moment from our Department of Computer Systems Engineering!
The Digital Logic & Design Mini Project Display by our talented 2nd Semester BSCS students (Batch 25) was a remarkable showcase of creativity, technical thinking, and engineering spirit. Students presented their innovative projects with confidence and depth of knowledge — proving that excellence begins early.

We were honored by the presence of our respected Chairperson CSE, Dr. Sanam Narejo, and our BS progrsm Coordinator, Dr. Mohammad Ahsan Ansari, Dr. Ali Asghar manjotho along with our respected faculty members whose support made this event possible.
