**Announcement**
Students having failed or Improvement courses are required to appear in Re-sit & Improvement Examination Fall 2024. All Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and PhD students who have failed in different courses or who want to improve their courses will apply the same from their **student portal (online)** for further processing. **Last date to apply & payment for the same is 14th March 2025**.

**Tentative schedule of Exam: 22nd to 26th March 2025**
**Fee Detail** Resit & Improvement 12000 Per Subject
**Maximum Limit for Resit & Improvement Courses**
Undergraduate programs Maximum 9 Credit Hours.
Postgraduate programs Maximum 6 Credit Hours.
PhD Programs Maximum 6 Credit Hours

**General Information for Improvement**
**Undergraduate students** shall take maximum 12 C.H throughout degree program in which they obtained grade C and below.
**Postgraduate students** shall take maximum 09 C.H throughout degree program in which they obtained grade C and below.
**PhD students** shall take maximum 09 C.H throughout degree program in which they obtained grade C+ and below.

Please note that the *deadline* to submit these proformas has been extended to *March 08, 2025 (Saturday)*. Please ensure you complete these evaluations timely to provide valuable feedback that is essential for improving course quality and teaching effectiveness.

Dear Students, please observe the following schedule:
1. End of *Undergraduate Classes:* 28-02-2025
2. End of *Post Graduate & PhD Classes*: 02-03-2025

Furthermore, there will be no classes on *25.02.2025 (Tuesday)*. The attendance of all students is mandatory on *Musical Night 2025* and their attendance will be marked on their portal. The entry time on the event is *5 PM* at Main Campus.

Dear Students

You all are instructed to collect your *Musical Night Gate Pass* from your HOD till 4 PM on *24.02.2025 (Monday)*. No gate pass will be issued from the entrance gate.

On the event, do not forget to bring your gate pass and Student -ID card. Without these both, entry will not be allowed.
