🌡️ Heatstroke can happen faster than you think. Be prepared, stay informed, and protect yourself and others.

Watch for warning signs such as:
🔸 Dizziness or fainting
🔸 Headache
🔸 High body temperature
🔸 Dry, flushed skin
🔸 Nausea or vomiting
🔸 Muscle cramps or weakness
🔸 Seizures or unconsciousness

🚨 If you suspect heatstroke:
✔ Move the person to a cool place
✔ Call for medical help immediately
✔ Cool the body with cold compresses and airflow
✔ Give fluids if the person is awake and able to drink

💧 Stay hydrated, avoid direct sunlight, wear light clothing, and take breaks during hot weather.
