"Lab on wheels" Visits Govt. Colleges of Gulistan-e-Jouhar Block 12 and 13 on September 5, 2024.

On Thursday, September 5, 2024, the "Lab on Wheels" continued its Karachi tour, visiting colleges of Gulistan-e-Jouhar Blocks 12 and 13, Karachi.

The team, led by Mr. Ayaz shaikh, Regional Campus Manager alongside with Dr. Hina Jabeen (Asst. Professor Dept. of Biological Sciences), Miss. Nighat Syed (Tutor Dept. of Biological Sciences), Mr. Imran uddin Raja (Campus Manager - VKHI01) and Mr. Atique ur Rehman (VKHI02), and volunteer students and support staff, engaged with over 400 students during the visit.

During the session, students were introduced to the Virtual University of Pakistan's advanced Learning Management System (LMS), offering them insights into the state-of-the-art facilities for online education.

They were briefed on how VU provides a flexible and technology-driven learning experience, tailored to meet the needs of modern students through its innovative online platforms and high-quality academic resources.

The visit sparked enthusiasm among the students, many of whom expressed keen interest in exploring Virtual University's programs and cutting-edge educational opportunities.

Congratulations to Arshad Nadeem for his incredible achievement of winning the Gold Medal in Men's Javelin Throw at the Paris Olympics! With an Olympic record throw of 92.97 meters, Arshad has made history and brought immense pride to our nation.
