**Public Awareness Notice**
I am publishing this to share my personal experience and to raise awareness about conduct that has caused serious emotional distress, concern, and harm. This statement reflects my personal understanding, observations, and experiences, and is shared in good faith for awareness and documentation.
The individual I am referring to is Muhammad Umar Amjed (“Umar”), who is reportedly employed as a Public Health Inspector at Ottawa Public Health. He is the son of Muhammad Amjed and is currently married to Saba Chowdhry.
Based on my personal experience and information available to me, I have reason to believe that despite being married, he has engaged in communications and relationships with multiple women while allegedly misrepresenting his intentions, marital status, or future commitments. Some of these women were themselves in committed relationships or marriages.
It is my understanding and belief that he allegedly arranged private meetings with women, including meetings in hotels, under circumstances that appeared to involve intimate relationships. I also have reason to believe that emotional assurances, including promises of marriage or a future together, may have been used to build trust and emotional dependence.
Based on my observations, it appears that alternate or anonymous Facebook accounts, email addresses, and virtual phone numbers may have been used to communicate privately and discreetly. These actions, as I understand them, appeared designed to conceal identity and avoid transparency.
From my perspective, this pattern of behavior reflects serious concerns regarding honesty, transparency, and emotional responsibility. The emotional impact of such actions can extend beyond individuals and affect families, trust, and long-standing relationships.
It is deeply painful to witness the emotional consequences that situations like this can create, especially when spouses, families, or others may be unaware of the full situation affecting their lives and relationships. this garbage bag is the responsible of my divorce.
