The Hands-on Workshop, being held from 5th to 7th September 2026, will provide participants with an opportunity to strengthen their cybersecurity skills through practical learning, competition, and real-world exposure.
Organized in collaboration with Ignite - National Technology Fund and the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication - Government of Pakistan, the initiative reflects our shared commitment to developing future-ready talent and promoting cybersecurity awareness among young professionals and students.

Bahria University Karachi Campus organized a Faculty Development Session on “Entrepreneurship and Startups” to promote innovation, entrepreneurial thinking, and startup culture among faculty members.

The session was conducted by Engr. Syed Rizwan Ali,

Syed Rizwan Ali, Assistant Professor / Head of the Business Incubation Center, Bahria University Karachi Campus (BIC- BUKC), is delighted to be part of FLAIR TECH CAMP – Startup Speedrun, an exciting initiative focused on promoting innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship under the theme “Technology for Everyone.” Held at AL-KAWTHAR UNIVERSITY.

It is a privilege to join an inspiring panel alongside Syed Hazkeel Haider Rizvi, Head of Incubation NIC Karachi, and Ahmed Sadiq, Head Career and Professional Development, Youth Intelligentsia, where we will engage with emerging innovators, evaluate startup ideas, and support young entrepreneurs in transforming their visions into impactful solutions.

: Awareness Session on the Role of Startups and Bahria University (BIC- BUKC)

A productive and inspiring session was conducted for the newly joined students at Bahria University Karachi Campus on the role of startups, entrepreneurship, and the significance of the Bahria University (BIC- BUKC in fostering innovation and transforming ideas into impactful ventures.

The session was presented by Engr. Syed Rizwan Ali, Assistant Professor and Head of BIC- BUKC, who highlighted the importance of entrepreneurial thinking, innovation, problem-solving, and the opportunities available for students to develop their startup ideas through incubation, mentorship, and industry linkages. And this session was held on 21 August 2026 at Al-Beruni Audi.

BIC- BUKC is committed to creating an entrepreneurial ecosystem where students can explore their potential, convert innovative ideas into sustainable businesses, and contribute towards economic and technological development.

Business Incubation Center, Bahria University Produly annoucec it s Head of Engr. Syed Rizwan Ali represented in a productive meeting of the Pakistan IT Industry Association (P@SHA) & Committee focused on strengthening opportunities for ’s youth, , and . Under the leadership of Usman Akbar.

Our discussion centered on how the can serve as a stronger bridge between aspiring entrepreneurs, startups, industry professionals, mentors, investors, and ecosystem partners. We explored upcoming opportunities and initiatives that can support youth development, entrepreneurship, startup growth, industry linkages, visibility, and access to relevant resources.

The objective is to create more meaningful pathways for young people and startups to connect with the technology ecosystem, discover opportunities, showcase their ventures, and benefit from cross-industry collaboration.
