𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧
- Make 75+ daily cold calls to US healthcare providers (clinics/hospitals)
- Extract/leverage data using online tools & platforms to build target lists
- Pitch our RCM services (coding, claims, denial management)
Hit non-negotiable KPIs: calls, appointments, conversions
- Report in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) with real-time accountability
𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞
- 1-3 years in RCM/Medical Billing sales (US market)
- Proven record of smashing cold-calling targets
- Experience with data extraction/research tools
- Deep understanding of RCM workflows (billing cycles, payer rules)
- Hunger for commissions + growth
