With cutting-edge laboratories – including Hydraulics and Irrigation Lab, Soil & Geo-Technical Engineering Lab, Highway and Transportation Lab, Mechanics of Solids / Strength Lab, Drawing Halls, Fluid Lab, Environmental Engineering Lab, Survey Lab, Hydrology Lab, and Concrete Lab – research opportunities, and expert faculty, you gain proficiency in the latest technologies while understanding ethical and environmental responsibilities. A Proud Moment for the University of Lahore! ✨

Three teams from the University of Lahore proudly represented the Department of Civil Engineering and the Society of Civil Engineers at UCP TAAKRA 2026 in the Structify Mini House Design Competition category. This event was a true test of innovation, teamwork, and technical skill, and our students made a remarkable mark!

The first team, led by our President Rao Nouman Ali, along with Chaudhary Muhammad Abdullah Qadir (Treasure – SOCE), showcased exceptional design, creativity, and ex*****on, securing the Runner-Up position and bringing immense pride to our society, department, and university.

The Second Runner-Up position was achieved by the team led by our General Secretary Muhammad Ubaidullah, along with Muhammad Shahzeb (Batch Coordinator 2022), demonstrating remarkable teamwork, technical knowledge, and commitment throughout the competition.

Our third team, led by Management Head Muhammad Mohsin Raza, also delivered a strong performance and finished in 4th position, reflecting their dedication, effort, and competitive spirit.

This achievement highlights the talent, leadership, and innovative mindset of UOL students, and it truly reflects the strength and reputation of the Society of Civil Engineers, the Department of Civil Engineering, and the University of Lahore on national platforms. 🌟

The Department of Civil Engineering recently witnessed an incredible display of talent and creativity as students from Engineering Drawing and Architecture & Town Planning presented their stunning models! 🏛️✏️

Engineering Drawing students showcased their skills by transforming theoretical plans into practical, detailed 3D models—demonstrating precision and technical expertise.

Meanwhile, Architecture & Town Planning students impressed everyone with their innovative designs, focusing on:
