🌟 Bridging Academia & Industry: Inspiring the Next Generation of Chemical Engineers

The Department of Chemical Engineering, COMSATS University Islamabad, extends heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Asif Hayat for conducting an insightful session on *Risk Assessment for Chemical/Process Industry, Maintenance Safety, and Operational Controls* for our final-year Chemical Engineering students.

The session provided students with valuable industrial exposure and practical understanding of process safety, operational controls, and engineering decision-making in real-world environments.

We highly appreciate Dr. Asif Hayat for his inspiring interaction with the students and for motivating future engineers to continuously learn, think critically, and ask the right questions — the true foundation of sound engineering judgment.

Special appreciation to Prof. Dr. Noaman ul Haq and Prof. Dr. Khaliq Majeed for facilitating this meaningful academia-industry engagement and strengthening the bridge between classroom learning and industrial practice.

The event provided students with a valuable opportunity to present and defend their innovative engineering solutions before experienced industry professionals.
