The Provincial 𝐌𝐞𝐠𝐚 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, organised by the 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐮𝐧𝐣𝐚𝐛, was held successfully at Alhamra, Lahore. The event highlighted the Government of Punjab's commitment to women empowerment in education, leadership, innovation, and community development under the leadership of 𝐂𝐌 𝐏𝐮𝐧𝐣𝐚𝐛 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐲𝐚𝐦 𝐍𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐳 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐟.
𝐃𝐫. 𝐍𝐢𝐣𝐚𝐡 𝐀𝐤𝐫𝐚𝐦, Focal Person of PTUT, along with female ambassadors Miss Mahnoor (Batch-I) and Miss Dua (Batch-II), represented PTUT at this prestigious event. The event was graced by Chief Guest Speaker Malik Muhammad Ahmad Khan from the Punjab Assembly, along with Parliamentary Secretary Ms. Sadia Taimour, Focal Person to the CM Punjab for Women Empowerment. Punjab Tianjin University of Technology (PTUT), Lahore, held 5th meeting of Academic Council under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Adeel Akram, Vice Chancellor, with strong participation of all members from leading universities, government organizations, and industry stakeholders.

The Council approved adoption of HEC policy frameworks, amendments in the TNE Policy 2024, and revised Computer Science curriculum aligned with NQF. It also endorsed recommendations on launch of industry led BS programs in IC Design Technology, Printing, Packaging & Graphics Engineering Technology and Artificial Intelligence using EON Reality’s XR platform, strengthening PTUT’s focus on future ready education.

𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑬𝒏𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑪𝒆𝒍𝒍 of PTUT successfully conducted the Program Review for Effectiveness and Enhancement (PREE) of M.Sc. Mechanical Egineering Technology program at Punjab Tianjin University of Technology on 20-05-2026.
The review process was conducted with great professionalism and academic rigor. Dr. Zeeshan Ahmad COD, Mechanical Engineering, UMT Lahore, participated as the External Member, providing valuable insights and constructive feedback.
During the visit, the review report was thoroughly evaluated, and a comprehensive physical inspection of the infrastructure and academic facilities was also carried out to ensure quality standards and continuous improvement.
