Strategic International Dialogue: Riphah Delegation Visits Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC)!

A high-profile delegation from Riphah International University visited the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) in Accra, a unified regulatory body formed through the merger of the National Council for Tertiary Education (NCTE) and the National Accreditation Board (NAB) under the Education Regulatory Bodies Act. GTEC is constitutionally mandated to regulate all forms of tertiary education to ensure effective institutional administration, consistent quality standards, advanced scholarly research, and sustainable human capital development.

The Riphah delegation was received by Prof. Dr. Augustine Ocloo, Deputy Director-General (DDG) of the Commission.

The mega-event, organized by the Consortium for Asia-Pacific Studies (CAPES) at Ramada Hotel Islamabad, commenced with tremendous energy, uniting top-tier educational institutions from South Korea and premier Pakistani universities. The inaugural session was graced by Chief Guest Mr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Honorable Federal Minister for Education, who commended this major milestone toward internationalization.

Riphah's high-profile delegation was led by our visionary Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Anis Ahmad, alongside Nauman Mansoor (Head of Riphah International Office) and Prof. Dr. Mustafeez Babar (Director ORIC), strategically paving the way for advanced global student mobility.

Day 2: Strategic MoUs & Next-Level Alliances

Strengthening Global Partnerships at Riphah!

The Riphah International Office (RIO), in collaboration with RICHA, was delighted to host Dr. Nur Alam from Kyungdong University (KDU), South Korea, at the G-7 Campus, marking another significant step toward expanding international opportunities for Riphah students.

During his visit, Dr. Nur Alam conducted interactive interviews with aspiring students from Hospitality, Faculty of Computing, and Faculty of Management Sciences for upcoming student exchange opportunities at KDU. The engagement provided students with a valuable platform to explore global learning experiences, cultural exchange, and international academic pathways.
